The Service Provider shall be an independent contractor and not an employee of the Organization. The Service Provider is solely responsible for payment of self-employment, unemployment, or federal, state or local income taxes and workers' compensation coverage. The Service Provider further acknowledges that he or she is not eligible to participate in any benefit programs offered by the Organization to its employees.
